In honor of this snowy winter – create a monochromatic piece of art.
Monochromatics create a beautiful vision of a simplified form, mood, or emotion using nothing more than light, shadow, and talent. They are a wonderful tool for understanding the effect of light and shadow on a given form and also to learn about how to best use contrast when creating artwork.
